I was born and raised in the hot spring town of Gero. Since childhood I dreamed of leaving my hometown and seeing the world. My journey began as a cadet in Yokosuka, followed by assignments in North America, Taiwan, Beijing and Hong Kong. I built a career focused on finance and leisure industries. Throughout the years I became a member of Beijing Golf Club, Clearwater Bay in Hong Kong and Taiheiyo Club where I have formed many friendships. These friendships are my greatest treasure. “Life is the sum of experiences, in the end, only memories remain.” With this belief, I decided to start a new chapter with Joe, aiming to build a business where we are valued and appreciated by those who support us. I was born in Melbourne, Australia and from an early age knew I wanted to be involved in the golf industry. After studying at University the opportunity of beginning an Australian PGA traineeship became available. In 2002, after the 3 year traineeship was completed, I played and competed professionally. In 2003 I moved to Singapore and was fortunate to spend 12 wonderful years coaching golf at the Keppel Club. For the past 13 years I has been based in Tokyo. For more than a decade I worked in an ambassadorial role for Japan’s finest golf club, Taiheiyo Club. In 2024 myself and Jiro established Dunes Corporation, combining decades of experience to help customers navigate Japan’s golf industry. I continue to coach golf and very proud to be a brand ambassador for Titleist and Flightscope in Japan.

Raised in Hong Kong and Singapore, I was fortunate to grow up in an international environment. Golf was a central part of my youth, and competing as a Hong Kong Junior player taught me discipline, challenge, and the value of lasting friendships. After moving to Japan, I began my career at Sojitz in cross-border trading before transitioning to Accenture, where I worked with FORTUNE 500 and Tokyo Stock Exchange–listed companies on digital transformation and overseas expansion. These roles gave me a broad perspective on global business from both strategy and execution sides. In 2023, I founded Bloore LLC as an independent consultant. Around that time, I also spent 14 months backpacking through South America and Africa. The journey reinforced the importance of living intentionally and pursuing what truly matters. Today, I’ve returned to my first passion — golf — and focus on creating meaningful experiences through the game. My aim is to bring people together, share the joy of golf, and help create moments that last a lifetime.

Born and raised deep in the countryside of Kumamoto, I ventured abroad to study in New Zealand, and then moved to Tokyo. Driven by the belief that regardless of background everyone deserves the chance to shape their own career, I entered the human resources industry. At Randstad, I worked as an Executive Search Consultant, supporting foreign companies entering the Japanese market, business development initiatives, and social entrepreneurs from a talent strategy perspective. In 2024, I joined Dunes, inspired by the vision of its two founders. I am a certified Travel Agency Manager and Employment Agency Manager. Surfing has been a passion of mine for over 20 years. I take surf trips several times a year to destinations such as Bali, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Australia, Hawaii, Taiwan, and various coastal regions across Japan.
